Dr. Jeroen (H.J.J.L.) Seegers

Dr. Jeroen J.J.L. Seegers (1953) is working as a Consultant for Talent Management & Leadership Development/Coaching for more than 33 years now. He gained his MSc in Psychology in 1977 from the Radboud University of Nijmegen (cum laude). In 2008 he gained his PhD on the subject of Leadership with a thesis entitled 'Leiders leren' (' Leaders who Learn') at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the VU Amsterdam'. Seegers is a certified NIP Psychologist and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Since 1977, he was a pioneering consultant and the first Dutch specialist in the field of Assessment Centre Methodology. In 1982 he founded GITP-Focus Benelux, specialised in Assessment Centres, being an affiliate of DDI USA , the world leader in Assessment Centres.

In 1992, he founded Assessment & Development Consult (ADC). In 1993 he co-founded PiCompany, specialized in performance improvement tools. In 2002 ADC became part of Right Management, the expert in Talent and Career management at Manpower, the world leader in employment services. Since 2006 he is acting as 'Practice Leader Talent Management' at Right Management Benelux.

Jeroen has gained extensive experience in a wide range of Human Resource disciplines during his career as both a manager and a consultant. He has particular expertise in Leadership Assessment and Management Development, Assessment centres Design, Assessor Training, Leadership Coaching, Performance Management and Strategic Human Resource Management.

He advised numerous organisations e.g. Heineken, ABN AMRO Bank, Ministry of Finance, ABP (Dutch Pension Fund), Mars, MSD, ING Bank, Corus (Dutch Steel) NCR, AT&T, BP-Nutrition, Rockwool, Océ-Technologies, Rabobank, Siemens, KLM, Essent, Refresco, Teijin Aramid, Academic Medical Centres of the Universities of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Nijmegen, numerous cities like City of Nijmegen, City of Utrecht, City of Rotterdam.
